Interview
It was fairly easy. You had to go through a live recorded interview, then a phone call, and then a final interview. Interviewers were nice and the questions weren't hard if you relate to the non profit.
Great experience the interviewer made sure to ask questions that would have only spurred from reading my resume. Great company that seemed to have a real idea of the people they want representing them.
