Received a phone call from HR two days after submitting my resume. HR recruiter asked me screening questions such as why I was interested in the role and Stand Together and asked a couple of related behavioral questions. Had an interview the following week with the hiring manager which mostly consisted of situational questions related to marketing and sharing more of my experience. Had a panel interview the following week which consisted of four 45-minute interviews back to back for a total of 4 hours. Each interview had two people asking a mix of situational questions as well as asking why Stand Together, what news or issues appealed to me based on what I had seen on their website and social media, and some questions that try to understand your values. I received an offer early the following week. It was a very positive, organized, professional, and timely process overall.
