The recruiter scheduled a one-hour meeting with the SVP to which the position would report to. Just a few hours prior to the interview, she said the SVP had a conflict and the interview would only be with her (the recruiter). The interview was virtual and fairly informal. Within 24 hours I received a "no thank you" from the recruiter. I requested any constructive feedback and thanked her for her time, but received no reply.
