Recruiter reached out and we did a 30-min phone call (I had Connor). Next was a 30-min video call with the hiring manager a few days later. Both had me give a quick overview of what I've been up to and why Stand Together before answering a host of mainly behavioral-type questions. I was moved to the next round, which was a group of on-site panel interviews. This was set up pretty quickly, within one week. These varied between 30 minutes (with one person) and 60 minutes (with two people). The line of questioning was also very behavioral-based.
I received an offer the next day. It was the fastest, most streamlined interview process I've ever experienced. Honestly, very well-executed in my opinion.
