The interview was quite tough. It focused in personal attributes, value to company and technical skills. Questions which pushed people to the margin were asked. Seems they want everyone joining are at the top of the class like Goldman.

There were 4 rounds - Behavioural assessment test, first round interview - to check your communication skills and resumed based questions, second round interview - questions relating to AFM and FR (especially bonds, interest rate swaps etc.) and a third HR round interview.
