Shortly after the application form, there are invitation to online test (numerical test) and online strengths assessment. They are asked to be finished in 5 days. There is also chance that candidates would be reviewed later. Then there is email invitation to a video interview (This is my current process). Each question is given 1 and a half minutes to answer, and your response will be recorded.
