Panel of nurses (for a PA position) and MD director with 10-15 clinical diagnosis and treatment questions (gave scenario with S/S and then asked what I would do, prescribe, order...). Had child abuse question. Asked about commitment to quality care, patient care, C-I-CARE (memorize this). Asked why I left my last position. Lasted about an hour.

Interview
First there was an over the phone interview which reviewed the position, benefits, etc. Then was an in person panel interview with the department team that lasted about 30 mins. Due to COVID, things were delayed for a few weeks. A decision was made 3 weeks after the in person interview.
