Interview
The interview process was prompted by an internal connection. I then spoke with an HR recruiter, she blatantly told me that the position would be difficult and the clinic has a high turnover, but the HR recruiter was very kind. I also had an additional interview with the hiring NP. After this process neither of them reached out to follow up on the position. The lack of follow up after multiple interviews was extremely unprofessional. I reached out to inquire about the position and told they were looking for other, more experienced, candidates - I was lucky to find and get hired to the same position at another major hospital.
Very long process, multiple interviews from phone screening to zoom or in person meeting with various providers and clinic staff. Long delays with decision process and HR package offer. Longer delay with background checks and privileges'

Long process from applying to getting an Interview. Interviews were long and on multiple days due to scheduling conflicts of MDs and other staff. I interviewed with 8 people on one day. Drilling questions from each direction. Glares from very judge mental people
Apply online. Once called it was a Two day interview process. Interviewed by a panel of people. Very intimidating. Need to be prepared before going in. Just relax and will do fine
