I applied online on the Stanford hospital website. The nurse manager called me about a week later and asked behavioral questions over the phone - I went in the next week for the interview
Panel was great! They made me feel comfortable. I had positive experience. Applied online, followed by call from manager (pre screen), then panel interview with other candidates and 3 hiring leaders.
