Interview was asking about research and past publications. We talked about my experience with independent research, focusing on my publications. Smooth process but didn't get the job offer and feel like the process could be better

the interview process was a good standard process, informal feel, and felt very conversational. you interact with several players in the department and/or team which you will interact with regularly. the process was paced well and people were very responsive.

Very quick and simple, however, it was not until three months after the final interview that I was hired full time. I have nothing negative to say about the interview process other than the length of time between applying and bring a employee
