Applied online, received a request for a phone interview about a week later. Had the phone interview, approx 30 minutes. Expected to be contacted to schedule another. Heard nothing after. Not even an email stating the position was filled by another applicant. I don't really mind (still currently employed), but I thought it was unprofessional.
