First had to pass a written test. Was then invited to an oral panel interview. The oral panel interview was very structured. The questions were written down and placed in front of you. Each panel member took turns asking one of the questions. The questions were generic in nature and not actually related to accounting. They could not help you in any way except to repeat the question. I was then invited back to a second panel interview with the department. This interview was the same as the first. After this interview I was given a written test that was related to accounting.
