Phone call, first interview and office walk, offer. The procedure was relatively straightforward and friendly. Not sure that is the norm at the company but it is my experience. The interview itself was based on experience but also making sure I was a fit culturally.
Very professional and good questions. Standard engineering questions and the people were very nice. There were about three people interviewing me and they all offered great questions. Hope to have another interview soon!
