This interview highlighted the fact that any CRM (Cultural Resource Management - AKA public/government contract archaeology) was going to be very physical work. The interview also highlighted my past experiences as an archaeologist. I was assured that promotions as well as cross-functional opportunities between departments at Stantec were real possibilities, but in reality this never panned out for me or any of my peers.
