Telephone interview and then Assessment centre. The Assessment centre was a group exercise about solving a problem in a town using bridges, followed by a individual presentation about something great you did, and then a very informal 1 on 1 interview.

I found it very easy. Handed in CV and cover letter to an email recruiter and got an interview. Interview was very informal and chatty and heard back within 4 hours

Interview
Straight forward and typical of graduate engineers. Some questions on studies, interests, working style. Be prepared on how to answer how you would work on projects, tackle deadlines or plan workloads, communication ability.
