Applied using online form. Phone interview a month later. Two weeks later an in person interview at position's office. Finally heard back 5 weeks later that they were selecting another interviewee.

They mostly asked for specific examples of proposal work.
It's a really easy and smooth process. The recruiter calls you, and they are pretty honest about what they are looking for and what to expect as the next steps.
