I applied for a TA Leader role in Chennai. The first round of interviews was conducted by an RPO partner who the TA Leader would eventually manage, which was unexpected. The interview questions were largely focused on services hiring, despite the organization being product-based.
Throughout the interview, the interviewer appeared disengaged—frequently switching off her camera and looking away—creating an unprofessional experience. Since then, there has been no communication regarding feedback, and repeated follow-ups to the HR Head have gone unanswered. If this reflects how leadership candidates are treated, it doesn’t speak well for the organisation’s reputation.
