Interview
It was a half-hour, most of it was the Manager (of another Staples, I might add) talking about the company with a lot of examples of how they were better than other office stores. I can't remember a single question I was asked, yet remember random personal details the guy told me about his own Staples experience.

Interview
Call and then on site. Talked to the manager and went over the job specifics and what was expected. Then talked about the job in itself and was specific. Then I was offered the job.
It was short and informative. My interviewer asked situational and behavioral questions. My interviewer asked which department I would like to work in and why. I chose to work in the technology department and was offered a position.
