Interview
I was called in for an interview and they scheduled it within a few days. I went to the job interview and they had me wait 2 hours before actually speaking to the manager. The manager was very nice and the interview was casual
All basic questions about prior experience and wether or not I’m fit for a sales role. They mostly will hire anyone who will give them hours and open availability. Not difficult at all
Mostly in person with store managers, was asked a variety of questions in relation to the applied position. Also are given the opportunity to ask questions to get a better understanding of the position.
