Very thorough process starting with on line, then taking a battery of tests. There was also a series of phone interviews starting with a Human Resources person and then meeting with another HR person. The next step was a group interview wth the director of the program and the area sales manager.

Interview
-Good initial communications with HR.
-Interview process was semi-organized.
-One phone interview.
-2nd interview consisted of 3 separate one-ones with 3 different people (Regional HR, Store Manager & Regional Manager).
-Told 2 additional interviews after 2nd stage.
-New position so all parties involved not really sure the perfect candidate profile.
-Ended up downgrading optimal profile = poor results vs. upgrading optimal profile = exceptional results
