Phone interview, then Onsite interview. Called 3 times for technical interview. 2 Managers and 1 Architects. Phone Not very difficult and aligned to my career aspects. They asked me to come over and have onsite interview. There were many people interviewed. Not all technically challenging. Most of the questions are related to team spirits and learning new things. I had a feeling that there is not much I can learn from being an employer, because they are working around a Product. Also they clearly told that I have no ESB or design related opportunities but just developing "failed" Eclipse rich client applications. The last manager I spoke to seemingly very interested to take me into the project. Very slow in taking actions
