Applied online, and immediately called to make sure the application was received. I was able to talk to the manager right away and she confirmed she received the online app.
She called the next day to set up an interview which we scheduled for 3 days later.
After the initial interview, they called back about a week later for a second interview. The second interview was more of a meeting letting me know I got the job and when I would start etc.
