I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Staples (Southbury, CT) in Apr 2016
Interview
Had a brief 10-minute phone call. Was asked to come for a 1-1 interview in store. Behavioral and work ethic type questions. Was hired on the spot and started training later that week. Very easy process overall.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why do you think you'd be a good fit for this position?
Basic questions asked not a whole lot to it pretty standard to any retail job. Can’t really remember everything they asked. Easy to pass job but hard job. Just act as if you have common sense.
I got a email right away and I go the job same day. Questions were simple and I was able to start the next week and was able to get paid the next week.
Easy normal interview process offered job on spot and did not have difficulty in questions. Mostly normal interview questions asked if I can add on more roles kinda hesitant cause they didn’t offer more pay toward it
