Interview
4 step process. First contacted by a HR Recruiter. Short, 30 minute phone interview. Two days later I get a call from the DM in the area. Appointment set for the following week. Got a call from the Hiring HR Manager. She asked basic behavior, and situational questions. Interview was fairly detailed. Met with DM for hour long interview. Basic behavior questions. Recommend me forward to the RVP for an interview. RVP interview was less than an hour. He asked basic interview questions and gave his viewpoint of the "state of the company".

Question 1
Describe a time when you had to have a difficult conversation with a subordinate.
The interview process was very easy. It was only a 1 part interview, no second one required. I was only asked about 5 questions and then was told about how the job actually is.
Needed to wait 30 minutes for interviewer to be ready, but after it went smooth and easy. Asked about background and some general retail experience questions. Overall a good experience.
Remote interview via Microsoft Teams, with District Manager, Regional Manager and Human Resource Manager. Regional Manager does another one on one to offer position. Then you will work with HR throughout onboarding until officially hired.
