I applied online. I interviewed at Staples (Frankfort, IL) in Jan 2020
Interview
The process was overall a fast one. I was hired on the spot and started two weeks later. The thing that took the longest was getting a call back. I called many times and the manager was always busy and hard to get a hold of to set up a interview.
Twelve rounds with a required dance number and an audience-provided question and answer period. Spelling test provided at the end of the process to final round candidates if successful at interview.
Easy , straightforward , conversational . Didn’t ask any questions out of the ordinary. Asked about cashier process and systems, methodology etc. Met with a few ppl at different levels
