I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Staples (Lancaster, PA) in Jan 2014
Interview
They called me in for an interview about 2 weeks after I put in the application. Both the Store Manager and Assistant Manager interviewed me...at the same time. The questions were straight forward. The issue was that, a week later, they called me again. They didn't offer the the job...in fact they wanted an interview. They didn't have any of my information from my first interview with them and completely forgot they interviewed me in the first place. It was awkward and they never contacted me again.
when i arrived there, the manager was very nice and welcoming and it went very smoothly,i arrived on time and i was early to the interview. He also asked me questions like my availability, my schooling, what made me interested in working with staples and what i hope to achieve in the long run
The interview was very informative and well conducted. The time spent was appropriate and the questions were consistent with my experience at other interviews. The person conducting the interview was professional
