The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Staples (Amsterdam) in Nov 2020
Interview
No structure in the interview and the whole process has been with a lot of bumps. Worst happened when some raw data in Excel has been provided on interview and I've been asked to analyze it and provide an insights in real time while interview going. Guys I wish same stress for you.
Well-organized, HR was friendly. Totally through online meeting apps, convenient. Totally 2 rounds interviews, no technical questions. First round with HR and hiring manager, second round with the manager of the hiring manager.
I applied online. I interviewed at Staples (Framingham, MA)
Interview
Got ghosted recruiter for a scheduled call. No response to my follow up email either. Very unprofessional. At least have the professional etiquette to inform your candidates even with a short email that they're not moving forward in the process despite already scheduling a call.
It was slightly boring and the interviewer seemed uninterested from the start. Questions were typical and easy. No curveballs were sent in. They did focus a lot on past experiences and application to the current roles offered.
