I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at Staples (Framingham, MA) in Jul 2009
Interview
The interview process was extremely long an protracted. More than four rounds of interviews with recruiters, senior leaders in all areas and any down time was filled by low executive assistants. Despite many call backs and more than 14 interviews the recruiter took more than 3 months to get back after the last round. The senior management team thinks very highly of themselves and the Staples culture but has no respect for the candidate experience. They place a great deal of emphasis on the personality test.
