One interview with lead manager, was very quick - approx 10 min. They just asked about prior experience and why you wanted to work there. After answering, they hired on the spot.
It was a quick interview with the store's General Manager. I ended up having to wait while a background and reference check was performed. Otherwise it was a smooth and easy process. The General Manager was very nice and professional, and was able to answer all my questions.
