After applying, within a couple of days I received a call so that they could set up an interview. The first interview was with an assistant manager who discussed the results of my personality test. She also asked how much I would like to be paid. I said about $8. After, she scheduled another one with the other assistant manager. He asked several questions that were basic interview questions. Twelve rounds with a required dance number and an audience-provided question and answer period. Spelling test provided at the end of the process to final round candidates if successful at interview.
Easy , straightforward , conversational . Didn’t ask any questions out of the ordinary. Asked about cashier process and systems, methodology etc. Met with a few ppl at different levels
