Interview with manager they ask you questions about sales experience. Also having some basic knowledge on tech helps a lot. Most of the job is very sell focus good for a foot in the door tech job
Easy with basic questions. mostly focused on how to grow the team and develop individuals. one round with the general manager and another round with the HR. behavioral questions and situation-based questions

Three step interview process. Had a phone interview with the hiring agent, then had an in person interview at their head office. Lastly had an interview with the district manager. Overall the process was easy but can be somewhat time consuming (2-4 weeks). The hiring staff including the district manager were very professional and cordial.

Elementary questions were asked pertaining to past experiences dealing with associates under your supervision, and how you dealt with problems that had arisen. i.e What did you do to resolve a conflict between 2 associates? How did you manage an associate that was under performing? What strategies did you use to impact KPI's? etc.
