Applied online & contacted by company recruiter. Went through standard interview questions, recruiter spoke to some talking points in next interview...Which was to be contacted the following week...5 weeks later a no thanks letter was delivered to e-mail...Really!? I think I had that figured out by that time.
I felt she was a bit concerned with my salary history, which was a bit below what is shown here on Glass Door which had me a bit puzzled.

"How do make sure that your team is selling warranties?
The interview process was very easy. It was only a 1 part interview, no second one required. I was only asked about 5 questions and then was told about how the job actually is.
Needed to wait 30 minutes for interviewer to be ready, but after it went smooth and easy. Asked about background and some general retail experience questions. Overall a good experience.
Remote interview via Microsoft Teams, with District Manager, Regional Manager and Human Resource Manager. Regional Manager does another one on one to offer position. Then you will work with HR throughout onboarding until officially hired.
