Irritating. The interview went well enough but then the recruiter asked if I had worked anywhere that had not appeared on my resume - I mentioned, for the sake of honesty, a part time video store gig and a paper route I had as a kid, which weren't on my resume because frankly, what I did as a teenager is not relevant to my adult career. The tone of the interview changed almost instantly and I could see the recruiter shaking her head and wanting to know detailed questions about these positions and why I left, who was my manager, how to contact them, how I performed, etc. I left the interview feeling like I'd been declared a liar because I didn't come prepared to discuss part time work from when I was 16.
I. Was. In. My. 30s.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Staples (Los Gatos, CA)

Short and sweet. Open and close quick call follow up interview followed by a offer the next week. And in the role the week after. Over all a great process.
Easy, behavioral mostly - they’re quick to decide if interested in you. Only 3 rounds of interviews. No take home work. People are really nice and not a hard company at all
