Had three interviews that I thought went well but then I was ghosted. Sent a follow up email to the district manager, no response after 2 weeks. Follow up could obviously be better.

I had a phone interview or screening interview with HR from their corporate office. She had some questions regarding my resume and salary expectations. She only asked 3 or 4 regular interview questions. None of the questions were to in depth. Overall the interview was not difficult.
