Star Micronics America Vice President Operations interview questions

Hired in 3 weeks for entire process. The interview, hiring manager, did not seem interested; however, I was offered the position. First interview was through Human Resources who completed a screening process. I had a two step process for the position. I worked my way up to the VP Operations position. Began as warehouse manager.
