Interview

Initial interview was with a Human Resource screening manager and then live phone interviews with SVP of Sales Operations and EVP of Established Channel Sales Then a set of Iive interviews after meetings with every departmental manager (support, sales, technical support, finance, software development, and marketing. Final live interviews also included the CEO and the founder of the Star2Star.

Interview

Reached out via my school's career office. Heard back within 2 weeks. After I was emailed, I went in for an interview with 2 different individuals. Interview lasted about an hour total (30 minutes each) and the questions weren't too difficult. All in all, the process was easy and the time from initial interview to my start date was approximately 2 weeks.

It was lengthy and unnecessary. You interviewed with people that had no interaction with you and your job. You were bounced all over the office and it was very unorganized. No one had any idea what they were supposed to ask. Waste of Time
