There was not interview process at all. They sent to my email box an invitation to check their opened position (I did not start the process). Next step was poor introduction, where lady was not interested to tell about the company and their value on market. Finally they requested my CV and replied I'm not a good person for that position. No explanations, comments, details why I was rejected. Pure waste of time. PS for employer: if you send invites to people first, then at least explain them later why their candidature was rejected...
