The interview was a 30 minute behavioral interview asking how you would respond to certain scenarios, and about experience with team work, leadership, and managing stress. The interview also focused on availability and fit.

Tell me about a time you made a sacrifice for a team.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
