Interview process was smooth. Received an email from the on-site store manager congratulating me on a great resume and invitation to interview with her at the location. The interview with the store manager seemed to go well and I was invited to a second interview with the regional manager. They decided to go with a candidate with more availability as my hour where from noon on and they opened at 4am.
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
The interview was short and straight forward. They ask about availability and previous employment. No complicated questions. The interviews take place in the cafe of one of the starbucks stores.

They asked how I would handle fast paced environments
very easy and straightforward, they did a coffee tasting and was asked to describe the coffee taste. They focus on customer service, and knowing starbucks slang and the company goals is always a plus
