Was a combined: sit-down, question and answer section, which lasted about 30 minutes and and then some behind-the-bar mock training, which was also roughy 20-30 minutes long. Questions included: why do you want to become a barista? Do you have any previous coffe-shop experience? What do you like to do in your spare time? What do you think this role entails?
very easy and straightforward, they did a coffee tasting and was asked to describe the coffee taste. They focus on customer service, and knowing starbucks slang and the company goals is always a plus

It was short and to the point. They asked my availability and past experience working in the food industry. Since I didn’t have any, I felt it was going to prevent me from getting the job.
Usual standard process of interviewing, we went over my experience and knowledge of working as barista in coffee shops and restaurants in my previous jobs. Highly recommend as a great place to work at !!
