I was a referral, but my interview was quick and easy! I went in person to meet with the Manager. If im not mistaken, new hires now need to meet with the DM as well. But overall easy questions, more customer service based. Got a call the next few days to start!

very easy and straightforward, they did a coffee tasting and was asked to describe the coffee taste. They focus on customer service, and knowing starbucks slang and the company goals is always a plus

It was short and to the point. They asked my availability and past experience working in the food industry. Since I didn’t have any, I felt it was going to prevent me from getting the job.
Usual standard process of interviewing, we went over my experience and knowledge of working as barista in coffee shops and restaurants in my previous jobs. Highly recommend as a great place to work at !!
