The interview was on site and in person with the manager. In my experience, it was very conversational and asked questions mostly about availability, previous customer service situations, and your personality/attitude.
Easy to get through. Just be yourself and talk about what you love about coffee. Don’t over think it and you’ll be fine. Make sure to research the company before you go to the interview

Interview process was quick and simple. The manager had a guide of questions but we also chatted a bit. It made it a comfortable conversation. She was very nice and the store was clean.
