Interview
The interview process at Starbucks was smooth and professional. First, I applied online and was contacted within a few days. The recruiter was friendly and made me feel comfortable. During the interview, they asked about my availability, customer service experience, and why I wanted to work at Starbucks.
They also asked a few situational questions, like how I would handle a busy shift or deal with an unhappy customer. The manager was very approachable and supportive, which made the process less stressful.

straight forward, friendly, nothing surprising. we met in the cafe and had a nice conversation. It took about 15 minutes with mostly standard questions...nothing too hard or unique. Polite staff.
It was tricky--I didn't get interviewed until late in the day, and I was tired. However, the team there seemed very nice. The store was clean and the people were friendly. A nice location, too.

Nice and friendly, asked very standard questions to which i provided generic answers. Probably would vary from store to store though. Mine was very standard and normal. I thought it was quite pleasant
