It’s about 15 minutes long with lots of experience type questions and they want you to give very specific answers with details. It’s good to go in prepared to go in to detail, there are no yes or no questions.

Name a time that you were under pressure and how did you handle it?
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
