I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Starbucks (Las Vegas, NV) in Jun 2025
Interview
The interview process consisted of two Managers reading off a list of questions. Seemed a bit impersonal but it wasn't difficult. They asked about any previous coffee shop or general customer service experience, things like the difference between a latte and a cappuccino, if I was aware on the union rules (It was a casino location), how to handle conflict with a customer or coworker and availability
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
After applying online they invited me for an online interview that was a group interview then the next stage would have been a one to one digital interview over zoom.

Question 1
What's a difficult customer interaction you've had?
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks.
