Very quick, literally lasted 12 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. The Store Manager asked 2 questions, offered me a free drink, and sent me on my way. I then had to do a second interview with the District Manager and was offered the position on the spot.
I will say that I was rehired, and my previous manager recommended me for the job (I didn't ask for the recommendation, I found out about it later) so I'm not sure if the process is this quick with new hires.
Basically a short chat about my availability, my interest in the job, why I want to work there, how familiar I am with coffee and what my past experiences in hospitality were.
Easiest interview I've ever had. I was only asked 3 questions, 'tell me about yourself, what are your strengths & weaknesses, what is your availability?' Lasted about 10 minutes maximum
Thank you for taking the time to write your feedback. We appreciate your input and are happy to hear that you’ve enjoyed the interview process here at Starbucks.
it was great. I answered every question thoughtfully and easily. You have to have two interviews, one with the manager and one with the district manager. It is a in person interview. They ask many questions and will either hire you on the spot or you will have to call to see if you get the position.
