I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Starnik (New York, NY) in Feb 2020
Interview
I had an initial phone interview with the human resources person. My second interview was with the human resources person and the department director. The director asked all of the questions and the HR person took notes. After the interview I took a skills assessment. The skills assessment contained math questions and some technical questions (ex. What is stress testing? What is a denial of service attack?). The third round of interviews was with the CEO and CTO. They asked me about my work history, my understanding of the position, and my commitment to the company.
Initial phone interview and then you come in for a knowledge test, followed by a few in person interviews. The questions are pretty generic and the interviewers and very nice
I had a phone interview first and in person interview and aptitude test at a same time. I talked with the CEO and recruiter. The recruiter asked me the basic recruiting questions.
