Starr Insurance Companies Underwriter interview questions

A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn about an Underwriter role. We had a good initial conversation and I was genuinely interested in the opportunity and possibly visiting the LA office. I was then scheduled for an interview with a manager, which also went well. After that, things stalled. I was told there would be another interview with a different manager, but it never happened. The recruiter was friendly and followed up periodically, saying they were still waiting on the manager. Eventually, it felt like I was being strung along with no clear timeline or next steps, so I decided to withdraw from the process.

It was easy and the questions were straightforward. I thought I answered them to the best of my ability. I was hoping there would be more to it but it turns it to be standard. I wonder if it is just to meet a quota.
