I applied in-person. I interviewed at Stars Behavioral Health Group (Fresno, CA)
Interview
Interview went well but what occurred after was upsetting to say the least. The call was not disconnected properly and I overheard the girl that called me bashing me, what I was asking for, and bashing management and their lack of interviewing skills. I’m deeply sadden by what I heard and hope that Central Star will evaluate who they have in those roles. I ended not taking the job and I’m happy I did because the culture can be very toxic for my mental health.
They asked basic interview questions followed by job specific questions related to my experience. They really seem to want to connect with potential employees. It was okay overall we'll see if I got it.
