Easy. Laid back, California style. Be real. Be streetwise. Be prepared to spend a lot of time in the inner-city. If you don't like the idea of working with troubled, streetwise youth, and looking over your shoulder a lot, then you should look elsewhere. The interviewer wants to see if you can handle dealing with the client population. If you don't have thick skin, you won't last a day serving this population. This position will hone your diagnostic and documentation skills.
